Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to all online lessons and digital materials provided by MY JAPANESE.

1. Lesson Cancellations and Rescheduling

Lesson cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time.
Requests made less than 24 hours in advance will be considered a late cancellation.

2. Late Cancellations and No-Shows

Late cancellations (within 24 hours of the lesson) and no-shows are non-refundable.
Missed lessons without prior notice cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

If a student does not join the lesson within 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, the lesson will be considered a no-show, and 100% of the lesson fee will be charged.

3. Refunds for Lessons

Refunds are generally not provided once a lesson package has started.
Exceptions may be made only in special circumstances and at our discretion.

4. Digital Materials

All digital materials, including downloadable files and online content, are non-refundable once access has been provided.
Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

5. Instructor Cancellations

If MY JAPANESE needs to cancel a lesson due to unforeseen circumstances, the lesson will be rescheduled or credited to the student’s account for future use.

6. Emergency Absence

In case of an emergency, such as illness or an accident, please inform us as soon as possible.
We will review the situation on a case-by-case basis and may offer rescheduling at our discretion.
This does not guarantee a refund or rescheduling.

7. Changes to This Policy

MY JAPANESE reserves the right to update this Cancellation Policy at any time.
Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
