Hello, I’m Mei, an international Japanese language teacher.

What is your reason for learning Japanese?
Everyone has their own motivation, such as travel, work, study, a love of anime, or an interest in Japanese culture.

I have taught Japanese to learners of many nationalities, ages, and goals in Australia, China, Japan, and Vietnam. Through my experience in language schools, secondary education, and international education settings, I value adapting my teaching approach to each individual learner.

In my classes, I focus on conversation and practical Japanese that you can use in real-life situations. From beginners to advanced learners, lessons are designed to match your goals and help you progress naturally and confidently.

Learning Japanese is more than learning a language. It is also a way to explore Japanese culture, including delicious food, traditional crafts, values of respect, charming townscapes, and the global popularity of manga and anime. Japan offers many inspiring ways to experience something new.
